ALUMNI OF EYT
EYT students go on to do a wide variety of different things after they graduate! Some of them go into the arts, but many of them don't, and instead put the skills they learned from youth theatre to use in all sorts of fields! The life skills and techniques we teach in youth theatre, like self-confidence, expressing yourself, speaking in public and more, are invaluable in any field of employment!
Siân Dockey (at EYT from 2002 to 2007)
Stand-up Comedian, Actor and Writer

She co-hosts the webseries Sunday Yoghurt alongside Nicole Henriksen, and has acted in the acclaimed show Queers and the popular webseries The Grass is Always Grindr.
Dr. Marchella Ward (at EYT from 2004 to 2008)
Lecturer at Open University
Chella was a member of EYT back in the early 2000s for several years. She used to commute over an hour from Mol every Saturday morning in order to get to her weekly class in Laeken!
After leaving school, Marchella went to Oxford University, where she got her Bachelor's Degree, and then went on to complete a PhD in Ancient Greek Theatre. She now teaches Classical Studies at Open University, and also writes children's books!
